As humans we know occasionally things can go wrong in the process. This page will be updated in the coming weeks.

We are developing a complaints process in compliance of both the RICS and Elmhurst Accrediataion. Watch this space as this is being updated.

This may include re inspection by a third party.

Ultimately the complaint will be resolved swiftly where possible and all records will be shared with the third party where applicable.

We have a robust complaints procedure (RICS surveys) where agreement cannot be reached ask for details  for surveys, Energy Certification,and compliance issues.
