When things go wrong.

As humans we know occasionally things can go wrong in the process. This page will be updated in the coming weeks.

We are developing  a complaints process in compliance of both the RICS and Elmhurst Accrediataion. Watch this space as this is being updated.

This may include re inspection by a third party.

Ultimately the complaint will be resolved swiftly where possible and all records will be shared with the third party where applicable.

We also may refer the complaint to CEDR (RICS surveys) where agreement cannot be reached and Elmhurst  to the audit team for Energy Certification,and compliance issues.
