Who We Are

Our family-run business independent practice has a long tradition in the industry. It was founded in 2021.
Richard Barber has been a practising RICS SURVEYOR FOR TEN YEARS a domestic energy assessor and commercial energy assessor since the beginning of the energy performance building directive.
We have been involved in buildings and property for over 30 years.
He has history in property and energy efficiency that goes back to the early nineties when he stepped into the world of energy efficiency on the energy world development.
Ground breaking and mentioned in each home counts review these homes had no gas despite being in the major urban new town of Milton Keynes. (Now a city)
The blueprint was energy efficiency first with a fabric first aproach including triple glazed windows, solar heat gain, and utilising a then unreliable wind turbine off the A5 Roman road.
